LG Ultrawide Screen flickering - Please Help

Just got this today. Same one Linus reviewed and uses. LG 34" Curved ultrawide 3440 x 1440.

 

It is flickering whenever i do something on screen. If i leave it alone it will stay fine and looks normal so its an issue with my computer.

 

I have connected it through HDMI to my XFX R9 280X. I have two in crossfire and i am using the same HDMI port on the primary one i used with my old monitor. I have tried updating to AMD Crimson with driver package 15.2.

 

My system:

 

i5-4690k

16 GB 1600mhz

240gb ssd

1tb black

2x XFX R9 280X in crossfire

Maximus VII Ranger

NZXT aio

Try a different cable. Also is it just flickering to black like it is off or to distortion or colors?

Maybe try a different computer, maybe a laptop or something?

Okay i will try with my laptop. I have tried with two different HDMI cables. The flickering looks like its trying to display the same image but in different positions.

Try a different cable. Also is it just flickering to black like it is off or to distortion or colors?

 

I plugged into my laptop and that was working fine. No flickering or anythin but thhat but that was displaying in 1920 x 1080. I just changed my PC res to the same and it was still flickering.
