How to hide these cables?

I mounted my monitor on the wall and now the power cable and Display Port cable are hanging down and it looks really ugly. What can I do to hide these cables?

If you wanted to go crazy you could cut a channel into your wall, feed the cables in it and the plaster over it. For a simple solution just use one of the tubes above and screw it into the wall.

Funny you say that lol, I did this back in 2004 when I lived in apartment with one of my Ex GF's. I did it with my speakers hanging on the wall.
