What Monitor will give me the best display

Hi so its the holiday season and Im looking to upgrade to a 23 or 24 inch monitor Yes those ranges only for im a lil bit on the a budget.

So there are so many monitor models and I need your advice on what to choice from the list I have.

The main features im looking for a monitor is its Bright Display, Yes I Bright Display, since ive encountered a monitor before which was ACER and its somehow a lil bit of dim lighting and I want my next monitor to be a brighter one so i could see the details. And also it will be for gaming, and pretty much editing. I wont be needing a 144hz display as it will really hurt my wallet. You could also suggest a 27" display but its just a way for me to consider lets still focus on these items.
