How how to set up 4K TV for 60hz gaming?

I just snagged me an LG 43" TV at best buy but it only seems to do 24hz @4k but 1080p is 60hz. Would i have to change the settings in Catalyst control center or the TV itself? The reviews on amazon say it does 4k@60fps but i'm becoming suspect.

If it's a TV, I'm assuming it's connected via HDMI. 4K 60Hz requires HDMI 2.0. There are currently no AMD graphics cards with HDMI 2.0 support, so you will not be able to get 4K 60Hz without sone expensive converters from DisplayPort.
