Go with an AMD FX-8350 and a 990FX motherboard. Also buy a Samsung 840 Evo SSD and a Seagate Barracuda HDD. Rosewill aren't the best quality, so I recommend Corsair or Seasonic.

What exactly do you mean by titan style cooler because I thought there were no 770s with that cooler other than review samples, also what headphones do you have the phoebus could be way overkill unless they are extremely high end

i was actually originally going to get a 550w psu but for the sound card i also need a 6 pin pci e along with the 8 and 6 pin for the gpu and all the 550 watt psus only come with 2x 6+2 pin connectors i need 3 and @Samdb ik seasonic and corsair are great but I read alot of great reviews of rosewill psu's and this ones 80+ gold but i was also thinking of the corsair cx750

@JORDANonPC http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130939 i am going to get it tommaro probably because they sell out fast and i was given the xonar phobeus by a friend of mine lol so i figured id just use it but my headphones are the sennheiser PC350's and they do take advantage of it

There are 770s with far better coolers and for cheaper like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125463 also I doubt pc350s will take advantage of it, they will probably benefit for a good soundcard vs onboard audio but a phoebus will be overkill

Looks good.

The way that rad is set up would bug me, having the pipes in front of the fan like that. I'd flip it around, but that's me.
