What kind of fans should I put on a HDD cage?

I have a phanteks enthoo luxe, and I would like to know what kind of fans would be best for mounting on the two HDD cage fan mounts. High air flow or static pressure fans. A recommended fan model would be also appreciated. (All except Noctua as they're too expensive)

Fracta Design have quiet and efficient cooling fans. Same with Thermalright.

Any specific color or You don't care about that ?

Also, You need static pressure.

You'll want to look for a decent static pressure fan. Look for Corsair SPs, Silverstone APs, Gelid Wings, Scythe Gentle Typhoons etc until you find one that that looks good in your build and performs well.

Silverstone AP123s, Bitfenix Specter Pro, Cooler Master Silencio FP, Phanteks MP, NF-P14 redux, Thermaltake Riings

You didn't specify 120s or 140s, but there are both in that list.
