For 1440p a R9 390 will do just fine. If you want to have more fps I would suggest a GTX 980ti.

No budget but I want a reasonable price eg. The GTX 980ti may be expensive but it has a reasonable price unlike the Titan, and I'm familiar with nvidia, I decide to get a 16gb ddr4 for ram but I still didn't decide the mobo and the cpu
