What Processor Should I Upgrade to?

I'm in the market to build a new PC. My intent with this PC is to both game and stream from the system. The system will be doing a fair amount of multitasking and I was wondering if a 6700k could handle it or if I should go with something like a 5620k/5930k. I don't have much knowledge on skylake and some help would be appreciated.

Go with the 5820k, if you have more than 2 beastly GPU's and alot of m.2 drives then go for the 5930k for more lanes

Yes. Does better in video editing because in video editors, more cores = more performance
