Help with my actual account (this is getting ridiculous)

So this is now the second post I have mad about this hoping something might get done.  I was trying to log into my main account : Lazz45.  And was prompted that my password needed changed since the breach.  This makes sense.  So I go to do this and it keeps claiming I am being sent emails, which never come.  I have them on my safe senders list, i check the spam folder, and just nothing.  I then opened a support ticket 10 days ago and have gotten 0 response.  I am actually starting to get frustrated because this is getting ridiculous.  If you guys have any advice please I am all ears

Make sure to add the mails to the trusted/not-spam filter... It sounds silly but it will probably fix the issue.

You should contact an admin or moderator.

I had a similar problem a while back.  I had to email them at forum@linusmediagroup.com.

I tried this as well from the correct email and even told them the account
