Is there a big difference in gaming between those 2 CPU's ? I dont plan on overclocking and i will have a r9 390gpu to go with either one of them.

Im not sure if the 4690k is worth it if it doesnt make that much of a difference :D

If you are not overclocking just get the 4460

Is the 4460 enough for the 390 ? Or is it bottle-necking something im really bad at this :D

no it wont bottleneck it

the 4460 will basically perform the same, the whole point of the K processor is to be overclocked

I was thining about gtx970 or the r9 390 but i heard the 390 is better can anyone confirm ?

Yes, the 390 has better performance. Just note the power requirements of the 390.

In the UK, the difference is about £30. So depending on your region, I would just go for the 4690K.

You may not overclock now, but you may in the future should you need it. My 4690K is sitting at stock, but at least I have the option to in the future. If you buy a 4460, then you don't have the option at all, you'll need to purchase a new processor and possibly a new motherboard, depending on what you buy now.
