I have, and it worked for me.

They are selling Windows 8 Pro Retail... That doesn't exist...

Did you use a OEM disk?

Yeah, just bought one product key of Windows 7 Home Premium and had no issues with it. This was from a recommendation from my dad, who has used it many times without issue

Also, is there anyway I can get a key cheaper, I already have 3 install disks sitting around, and for more builds all I need is the key...

I've used a site like this before, got a windows 7 ultimate key for like £15 or something silly like that. Later down the line I done a clean install on the same system and the key had been blocked, went back to the website.. and it had gone :P

 

So no, I wouldn't recommend using this.

This site probably just uses keys from an illegal key gen.

Sorry i didn't used that site. To know that site legit or not you can follow these methods given below:

You can read user reviews, problems, their quires, responses and rating about the site in Webutation.net

You can also do a whois search in the site WhoisXY.com  and know the owner, technical, administrative contact details etc.. you can use the phone number or email id which you get in whois search and try to contact the person and clarify your doubts.

 

If the site has SSL certificate it is good site for transactions. SSL certificate enabled site looks like https://paypal.com.
