First pc build

So i am going to be making a new gaming pc. Ill be playing games like fallout 4 and gta v. Ill be playing those games at 4k and 1080p. I will also be doing some overclocking. Is this a good build for my needs? Will I need a better cpu to run these games at a good framerate like 70 fps+? Will there be any bottlenecking with the cpu I chose? Leave any and all opinions and suggestions in the comments please. My busget is $1500-$1600

There is nothing wrong with that build and no bottlenecks will occur. Just saying, but if you don't want to SLI in the future a 650W PSU would be enough.

If you want to save a little more money, go with a 650w supply. Otherwise its a great build. 

There won't be a bottleneck and you should be fine in gaming.

The I5-4690K is just barely out of bottleneck range, if you want no bottlenecks whatsoever, go with a FX-8320/8350 or a i7/e3-1231

This is my first build and i dont know if this is a good build for what i want to do. I want to game at least 60 fps and at 1080p because i dont really want a 4k screen yet lol. But it needs to be also used for normal tasks like just basic school work and coding. like jgrasp or eclipse

Ehh some problems but you should at least get 30-45FPS with a 980 Ti and 4690K on low-medium. You would need to oc the GPU for more FPS.

turn off AA

turn god rays to low

shadow draw distance to high

shadow quality to med

 

give teh 980ti a clock to 1450+ MHZ - and you should get a solid 60fps (I do)
