Try going back to stock clock and see if it happens.

what is your psu? It could be when it kicks up when playing a game that you do not have the power.

it happens the third time now ... it works totally fine yesterday

Try turning your in game settings down....And go back one set of drivers the new ones are so bad!

for the graphic card you mean?

Roll your gpu drivers back to http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/63458

And then if that is not working try turning you bf3 settings to low.

Fourth time... Will it be the razer surround?

Try turning off/uninstalling anything you have added from the time it last worked to the time it started going crazy....If none of that works I am out of ideas :(

I have a i5 760 overclock to 3.2 Ghz on a Gigabyte P55A UD3P motherboard . 8 gb of 1333 MHz ram and a GTX 650 and when i am playing battlefield 3 the whole thing hangs and give out the buzz sound . What would be the problem there?

Do you know where the buzzing sound is coming from, like the RAM, HDD, PSU or GPU? Is this a new problem after installing Nvidia's drivers with GeForce experience? Some people have reported this type of error with Nvidia's GeForce Experience and most of the time it is a read/write issue from GPU to HDD. 

 

If this error of "hang" as you call it started after installing the Nvidia GeForce Experience drivers, just revert to the previous driver which i think is 314.22 or 320.49 or something like that.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
