should i get a g933 headset or GTX 970, or a 4790k or ultrawide 25 inch ips, or a k70 rgb, or a new speaker set? for the holidays 

r9 390. but i can tell by your title that you are an amd fanboy.

gaming/video rendering

get a better gpu or if you need a better cpu go for the 4790K

 

I love mine. 4790K kicks butt when really doing anything

and just so you know amd is starting to surpass nvidia when it comes to drivers and their cards

i have a i5 4670k with a evga sc GTX 760

id say the cpu is probably fine for what you are using it for... gpu could be upgraded... really it would be down to a good monitor if you have a not so good one now.... and the gpu if it were me.... headsets to me arent worth a ton of money unless you are in music or something

my bottom line turtle beaches sound amazing because of my MB onboard audio

well the new monitor sound like a winner to me... i love having a sharp screen to look at for gaming and just work in general
