A good wired mouse for small hands

Go to solution Solved by Verne,

CM Storm Spawn if you can find one. Flawless sensor, should fit a smaller hand perfectly since its a small size mouse, has all the buttons you need.

Good day everyone.

My new computer setup needs a mouse. My local stores don't have very many on display to get the feel of.

To get an idea of the size of my hands, I use a Logitech Anywhere MX for my work and current main computer (my laptop, which will be picked for parts as soon as I set up the new computer), and I comfortably palm this mouse. I'll still use the Anywhere MX when I'm using my TV, because that mouse can ride a sofa like none I've seen before!

When I was trying the mice on display at my local store, the most comfortable one I found was the Razer Naga, however I don't like all of those side buttons. All I need on the side is Forward and Back (absolutely need this, I am too used to it to switch back). I don't play enough games where I feel I need to change the DPI on the fly, even though my class of choice in FPS games is the sniper.

Another thing that my mouse needs. Zero lights, or the ability to turn lights off. It's just a weird OCD thing with me :p

Thanks guys!

A great small mouse would be the corsair m40, also, many zowie mice are small and have very good sensors on them.

A larger choice would be the logitech G400 or G400s. I have a G400s and the sensor is perfect, no acceleration or prediction.

I think those a good options.

Steelseries Sensei might be a possibility. Deathadder 2013 too, if it has the option to turn off the LED (I can't really remember if Synapse has that feature). Also, as above: Corsair M40, or even the M30 which is smaller.

+1 for Sensei, Deathadder is for big hands.

I don't usually recommend SteelSeries mice but the Kinzu may be an ideal size for you. If it is, they mice like the Zowie AM and Zowie EC1 could be quite ideal. The DeathAdder I would say feels like the Naga in ways just without the extra buttons though it's still pretty big.

Is this the real life? Or is this just fantasy?

Sensei is still pretty big. The Kana is the middle ground and the Kinzu is the smallest, though they all have bad sensors.

I beg to differ, the kinzu is a very good mouse for precise movements in games such as counter-strike. The sensei isn't big at all, it's made for small/medium gamers/users.

If you like small mice give the Zowie AM a shot. One of the best sensors ever, No fancy software, just plug n play.

I personally hate it but only because it made my hand cramp up because of how small it is and how big my hands are.

Hey everyone. I was able to try out most of the mice suggested (with the exception of the Zowie mice, not at my store) and one mouse really stood above them all. CM Storm Spawn. It really feels like it was shaped for my hand! Now, this mouse is designed as a claw grip, but this freaking tiny hands can palm it with much comfort!

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions.
