I can't load Twitter nor Tweetdeck on my laptop and I can't refresh my feed on my phone. Where do I post my nonsense now?

nope Funny Pics and unfortunately facebook dont have a twitter

I only use Facebook for pictures and for business related stuff. I already quit Facebook long ago
