No conspiracy theories here my friend.... I have just lost access to my email and I am worried in case I forgot my password.... It's the quickest way of regaining access.....

You can change email from account settings. But only one email as login/pw recovery. If you can't use current email for verification, PM moderator and they will sort it out.
