What should I do for a gpu upgrade?

So I recently built a computer and was playing some games on it like I planned to and I was getting low frame rates (I understand that a apu isn't great for high framerates on high settings) and I was looking to upgrade to a graphics card. Now my dilemma is should I get a dedicated one or should I just run another with crossfire? And if I were to do crossfire how beneficial would it be? I watched the video on it but I am still not too sure on what to do. Any suggestions? Also should I try to get a used gpu or buy a solid new one?

Interested on getting that APU, how does it run games?

I'd look on eBay for GPU's as long as they look good and the seller has good ratings 100/95%

Not trying to break the bank here, but if getting a dedicated graphics card will be the best result I would venture for something around or less than $200.

I've been playing GTA V on it and minus the low quality is runs them just fine for me. I'm not a super hard core gamer but it works for my first build.

nice, i'll just go straight to dedicated like I did on my other build, you get so much more perfomance in terms of general tasks with dedicated graphics, an APU uses its iGPU for stuff like .zip's and rendering when in CPU mode :{D   <-- Moustache guy, made by accident

I recommend you upgrade to a locked i5 and cheap H-series board once you've saved up some more

One day I will have my GTX 970. One day. PC specs are at my profile.
