CPU temps hitting 90c

Is it your pump? Is it not seated correctly?

I dont seem to hear any noise from the pump. Also im sure the pump is seated correctly.

A lot of are sure itmis seated properly. Re-seat it for reassurance. Also specs would be nice.

No noise from the pump? What cooler is it? If you don't hear anything, it could be a malfunctioning pump, in which case it would be recommended to replace the entire AiO.

Its a Corsair 120mm one. I'll be sure to check them after this.

 

It's the pump if you don't hear it.

My money is on a failed or failing pump. If you can put your ear up close, you should be able to hear a gentle humming. Can be hard to hear. The pumps on my H60 and two H55's are all practically silent, even up close.

 

You may have to disconnect or turn down your case fans to hear it.

 

But yeah, most likely pump is dead. Is this a brand new cooler you just installed or have you been using it for a while? Need a little more info to say for sure.
