i'd go with a be quiet silent base 800 and a dark rock advanced / 3 / pro 3, but if you really want water cooling, it seems to be ok

If you want a matching motherboard  ASRock Z170 Pro4 ATX because the saber tooth has earthy and military colors doesn't really match
