Just got them yesterday. I can in fact say that these are steam codes. Both the game and the season pass :D

That's good, because I ordered it any way a couple days ago. haha 

My mom wanted to give it to my son for xmas so I bought it in her stead.  I'm glad it's a Steam key because we don't have optical drives. :)
