My PC configuration:

Processor: i7 4790k 
Motherboard: asus maximus vii hero
Ram: g skill trident x 2400 16gb
PSU: Thermaltake 530w smart

I want to buy "gigabyte gtx 970 g1 ". now i want to know that can PSU handle this GPU at this PC config.?! or need to change PSU ?
caz at this moment i don't have enough money to buy 2 of this. !

Yes, you have enough wattage for adding the GTX 970 because it doesn't use a lot of power to be concerned.
