Okay so recently, Windows 10 has had a couple processes, mainly Service Host: Local System (15-20) and system, using about 75% of my cpu. I ran sfc /scannow and it did not detect anything. Does anybody know what the problem is? I also tried restoring but it did not work.

its running background system tasks

what you need to do is leave it alone for a few days until it finishes what its trying to do instead of interrupting it every time and making it start over

after a few days it should be done, if not a few hours

then make sure all windows updates are installed, restart, and you're good
