Dark souls 1 not working.

HeyGuys

 

Long backstory which I will save you guys from, but I just installed dark souls 1 on steam and I wanted to play it with my controller.

 

First problem: PS4 controller doesn't work in DS1 with inputmapper, it doesn't recognise it.

 

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ K then, I'll play with my keyboard. I live in Belgium so we use the pathetic AZERTY layout and since the game is old it doesn't have a QWERTY -> AZERTY switch.

 

Second problem: I switched all the controls to match with AZERTY, started playing, they were still QWERTY... ????

 

Third problem: I have a 21:9 monitor and the game doesn't support that aspect ratio so I decided to play windowed mode. But my mouse pointer doesn't go away in the screen and it leaves the window as well. So when I want to turn around and click to attack, I click somewhere on my other monitors and it tabs me out

What do I do? :D
