Water cooling in general isn't cheap per-say but AIO coolers are your best bet.

For AIO's single rad ones as others have suggest the H60 is good, dual rad h100i, nzxt X61.

but your looking at a min of $200 to do a custom loop... and the more stuff you add to the loop the more expensive

would recommend a minimum of 2x120 rad for the CPU to start and another 1x120 for each graphics you add to your loop... *minimum*
