Help with DirectCanada.ca Linus help!

Hi, I'm building my first PC and I've ordered my parts and some of them are coming in from NCIX now :D but the ones from DirectCanada aren't. The credit card verification failed even though they charged me 1 cent for verification. I'm using a prepaid visa from Canada Post and they aren't changing the Billing Address, which was incorrect, back because they said they can't verify prepaid visa! I know this is wrong because NCIX accepted it and they are part of NCIX! They say it failed because it was prepaid but the billing address was wrong. Help? If @LinusTech, @Slick, or someone who works for DirectCanada or NCIX could help that would be amazing.

Because the Verification failed, can I just order  from somewhere else? I found a cheaper place
