Help me choose on these GPUs

pls check out the link. these are the GPUs that made it in my budget after a little filtering.

which should i pick.

i have a G3258 cpu(i'll upgrade this to i5-4690/k)

And a 620 watt seasonic m12II PSU

Any 280X.

The best performing card out of all of those is the 280X. It may not be the most current, but best performance for sure.

280X Vapor-X. Also conisder buying used, you can get a 290 or 290X.

You probably won't like the reference cooler, especially on a 290X. I have a reference 290 and it's honestly not bad there are a lot quieter cards. I would pick that up and then save for an aftermarket cooling solution like an AIO, a custom loop, or even an aftermarket air cooler. I think the 290X is a beast and using the reference cooler for a bit is well worth it.
