With Fallout 4 on the verge of launch, I decided to upgrade my pc for better performance,so I installed a new msi z97 pcmate and an i5 4690k. However after this I can only use the integrated graphics on my machine and that requires the gpu to be uninstalled. I have tried repeating etc... The card definitely works as ive checked it. Any help would be much appreciated

Many thanks

If you mean running the igpu and a dedicated gpu at the same time.

Enable that last one if you want to use both of them.

I've already done this.

And for the earlier reply, I can't get my mobo to use my gpu as the dedicated vga

for your gpu to work you must plug your monitor into it :)

(it could be that you've already done this but just making sure)
