Might as well just find a windows iso if you're going to buy a key like that

Otherwise ya, 860k + 380 is about where you want to be

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

an ISO is just an installation media.. you still need a key to activate it.

By "find" and in the context of the sentence, I think you'll be able to gather what I meant.
