Quiet static pressure fans?

So im finally getting rid of my CM Trooper case and the brown mess inside that is noctua fans, the case itself is an absolute piece of garbage, the noctua fans have served me well tho, but since im getting a Phanteks Enthoo Pro case with a window and all of the parts in my case are either black or red, i might aswell get something that matches.

So far my plan is to have 2x fans in the front, 1 in the top and 1 in the back, seemed like the the most optimal setup according to the recent video Luke did.

Im thinking 1x 120 or 140mm Fractal Venturi HF in in the back and top exhausting, then 2x 120 or 140mm fans in the front pulling in cold air, but im a bit unsure as to what kind of fans i should get in the front, im thinking maybe static pressure would do a better job getting some nice cold air to my GPU, as the 390 does like to run a bit hot under load.

I like keeping my system nice and quiet, so i also dont want static pressure fans that are gonna sound like jet engines, maybe something like the Venturi HP or Corsair SP120 Quet Edition, or should i just go with all airflow fans instead of high pressure in the front?

i agree with Enderman above

i have 120mm cougar vortex fans, with the hydro dyanmic bearings, and im very happy

i also have 140mm rosewill hyperboreas, with again, hydro dynamic bearings.

both are very competitive with a good price tag

Not to be a doucebag, but i did say that im already getting rid of Noctua fans to get something that matches my red/black build, so not very good recommendations :) I guess they wont be noticed that much in the front, but still.

I'm sorry i was distracted while reading. You could get the LTT editions when they are released, I think they have custom color rubber corners.

Okay, thought since the are called quiet editions, the might be quiet :) but ill stay with fractal, seems like they do a good job while staying quiet.

Fractal does make very good fans, That's my new recommendation.

Could be an option, think i might just stick with all fractal, seems like from the reviews i have seen that they are pretty damn quiet.

Okay, but yeah think ill get the venturi, also due to the fact that they are black, the cougar seems to all be orange, which is gonna look a t bit funky :)

Been happy with my Noctua fans, but in my opinion they get "loud" over 1000 rpm, my NF-S12A atleast are very audible at over 1000.

there are black versions of the cougars as well.  orange corners just like linus edition fans.  Pretty much every fan ever will be at least audible around 1100rpm, especially if there are obstructions in front or behind the fan.  I've got s12's and I think they're the quietest I own (not my favorite cause of pressure) and I've also got; venturi, cougar cf v12hpb, vardar, nf-p12

the Venturi are really really good and quiet. but if you crank them to 100% you'll still hear them.  some spots more than others

oh and I always use "pressure" fans when I've got filtered intakes (they always are for me) and actually I'm not using a single "airflow" fan at the moment.

Okay and yeah, my fans right now run about 900rpm, but the overall airflow in my Trooper case is just terrible. The Vortex fans are also not that common around here, so i think its alot easier and cheaper to get the Venturi, so 4 of them should do the trick, then i just gotta figure out if i wanna run pressure or just normal airflow fans in the front :)

I guess getting pressure fans in the front might just be a good idea, in that case if i want to use the drive cages the static pressure ones will be alot better than just airflow ones.
