Low Profile Cooling Under $25

I have $25 to spend (no more than $25) and I want a new air cooler for my CPU. The stock heatsink isn't bad, but it's... stock. What's something nice under $25? And that will fit in an ML08 from Silverstone?

Looks decent... I haven't heard of that brand though. What about the GeminII M4? I can't find one under $25 though.

From the little amount of research I have done, Nexus is about the same build quality in terms of fannage as Cooler Master. And certainly anything would be better than the stock cooler.

and yes, Australia where Cryorig availability is high, as are the prices for everything else.
