Considering a monitor upgrade

I've currently got an LG 25UM56-P (25'' IPS Ultrawide, 2560x1080), and I love it to pieces, but it's a tad bit too small.  I'm considering buying two more, but I have my doubts that my setup will handle that resolution with any semblance of grace since I've only got a single 980Ti.  Buying another two of the monitors will cost me about $425, so another option is to just buy a single, larger monitor.  What do ya'll suppose the best solution would be?  If it would be a better idea to just buy a single huge monitor, can anyone recommend one?  I'd say that it at least needs to be 2k, ultrawide not required.
