There is a green https box for me

Hello,

 

 I want to subscribe to a romanian online tv service. When I try to subscribe, it links me to this paypal link, but for some reason I'm not totally sur that it is the real paypal. When I look at the web address there is no green secure box on the left side, but when I go to paypal.com there is one. Is this legit or are they trying to steal my paypal account?
