Help with CSGO

So I recently joined a community server (surf) and since then my loading screen has been this. Can anyone tell me how to return it to normal?

It still has that server's data and is probably overridden with a VPK. Use the "verify cache" option in Steam to see if that fixes anything.

Already tried it. Joined a game and it wasn't there but the next day it was back.

Re-install Windows, re-install Steam, re-install CS: GO. Set your PC on fire, go run on the streets naked for 20 minutes, come back, try turning it on and off again. Tell us the results. 

 

Now all the kidding aside, just try repairing the game files in Steam.    Good luck mate.

Just to all those who are making fun of russian CS:GO players and their abusive language: The screen just sais to join their community group, lists the ip's of their servers and wishes you luck and a nice game.
