So I recently started playing CS:GO 2 weeks ago for the first time. I'm gold nova 2 right now and only really used the AWP. I got REALLY good with the AWP, i played aggressively and had a lightning fast reaction time and pin point accuracy and precision. All was good and my team knew i was good and trusted me in tight situations. I got on a few days ago, AND I SUCK NOW. I can't aim for crap and my reaction time is slower. holding my mouse feels weird and I just don't feel comfortable playing anymore. Playing other games like shadow of mordor, skyrim, witcher 3 i'm totally fine and the same at. But i literally just like used up all my skill it seems. And by being bad, I  mean I go like 3-6 kills with 20+ deaths now. I used to get a K/D of 2+ every game with 20+ kills.

Anybody know what my problem is? and its not that other people got better, I played offline with bots and sucked there too. I'm pretty damn pissed and depressed about this. I found a fun team and friends to play with that enjoyed me on their team and now i cant really play with them. They say its all cool but i really don't want to lose them a game or hold them back.

Thanks

Sounds like you're on tilt.  You may need to find a way to relax and stop playing the game for a bit, or you might just have to power through it.  Different things work for different people.

you have to be consistent when playing cs. but it does look like you played 2 much.

i go on 128 tick dm's (much more better skilled people) and dm for like 20 minutes. then i go to 1v1 servers for like 10 just to warm up

but then again i only play 1 game a day

try to practice on a map like aim_botz. as a LEM, i know how it feels, so either try to practice that way, or take a break/change role. You don't wanna always awp. I awp myself along with ak, but sometimes i gotta let it go and have my team awp instead and have me on the ak.

128 tick is not gonna help if you play 64 tick everyday, so 64 tick servers would be better not cuz they're shit, but you would be used to 64 tick

If you're just now sitting down and playing again after a decently long break, then you might just need to warm back up, and it will take a bit of time.

Also, advancing in your skill bracket, and facing higher ranked players will mean you are put in a disadvantageous position. For example, I got used to playing against people from MG1-DMG, now that I'm playing against LEM and LE, i find myself struggling, and FEELING like my aim is slower, and my reaction speeds are not as fast, while in reality they have not fallen, my opponents have just gotten better, so basically comparatively my speed is slower, but to me, its the same.
