Making PC Silent on idle

Temuka

Hello guys! I'm coming from my previous thread:
http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/477158-new-case-builtstill-humming-noisemaybe-psu-fault/
So I decided to purchase EVGA G2 750W in terms of silence in psu, what also I can add/change in my system to make it silent on idle? Maybe some kind of good quality fan controller ?? Because I have no idea what rpm are case and cooler fans running.... Maybe also change cooler or cooler fans ? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance

Your case fans are very good.

Most you could do is get like a Noctua or BeQuiet! Air cooler

back fan, which is 120mm is kinda noisy in comparison with front ones, which are 140mm,because of that,I thought to buy fan controller and set fans to 500RPM,is it ok ?

How good are you with a soldering iron? I have a simple design for a DIY adjustable fan controller. Mine turns off my PC fans when idle and turns them on at about 40 degrees. I can web browse all day without fan.

I'm really bad in that :( For me it's better to buy and just install it.....
