Grand Theft Auto 5 connection problems (xbox one)

Whenever I play GTA 5 on my xbone, I always have connection issues, whether it be disconnecting from online sessions, being unable to join sessions, getting booted off into singleplayer, or getting my head stuck in the clouds (the game loading for like 20 minutes). From what I can tell, it's not my internet or even my xbox. These issues only seem to happen on GTA 5 and no other game. I'm convinced it's the Rockstar servers acting up, or maybe something with my router. I've basically tried everything to try and help the issue to no avail, so this is where i'm at. What could be happening?

 

ALSO: I tried port forwarding, doesn't work. In fact, whenever I forward all the ports, my router can't connect to the internet and I have to reset it.

Ethernet to your router and try again. If it works flawlessly, it's a WiFi prob.
