Ello,

I am currently running a Gigabyte G1 GTX 970. I'm having constant issues with memory overclocks, they keep resetting to 3005MHz. I've tried overclocking it with Afterburner and even Nvidia Inspector. Tried changing the P2 state from 3005MHz to 3505MHz but it'd just reset back to where it was.

I am always having this constant issue, I'd reinstall the drivers and it'd fix it. I restart my computer and the problem is back once again. Any idea what is going on? Really getting on my nerves that I cannot get my OC in :/.

Try using reverting this, and using MSI Afterburner.

That's weird, it appears as if you are using a revision 1.0 card, which is known to have Samsung memory, which is supposed to overclock better than the revision 2.0 Hynix memory. It's probably a problem with afterburner, try reinstalling it.

I am conducting some polls regarding your opinion of large technology companies. I would appreciate your response.

My memory boosts to 3506 stock, on a G1 gaming so I don't know what's wrong with yours

What do you mean? I use Afterburner to overclock, just tried overclocking the P2 state to see if it'd do anything but it does the exact same thing as Afterburner.

EDIT: Okay, it turned out to be an issue with Share or Shadowplay. I disabled it and now I can overclock the memory :D.

I haven't said anything then.
