I literally know nothing about computer whats a good way to learn more? 

Watch videos. YouTubers like Linus (of which the forum belongs to) and Austin Evans can help.

At 1080p and the current optimizations, probably not.

You can build a better PC than that, that will run 1080p with the same price. Its easy to build your own PC. There are many wonderful tutorials on the internet and as said above, we can help you.

Don't rush building one until you're ready. Learn a bit more first.

I agree with everyone else here. You're much better off building your own computer. :) It lets you build it as you need it for the price you need it to be, and is better than buying a prebuilt in pretty much every way.
