I know your budget is tight but if you set that 20$ aside and then another 20$ next pay check/next time you have money, and then again and again, you would at least be able to get something in the 80$ range--which could get you something used but good on ebay.

 

Though if you save up 10$ you can get a r7 240, which I believe is a lot better than the ones listed.

I don't need a good GPU. Just one that can play basic 2d games and minecraft. :P
