Hello LTT,

I am in a market on buying a Surface Pro 3 once Black Friday comes around the corner, however, I am still debating on which Surface Pro 3 model I should get.

There is Surface Pro 3 i3/4GB/64GB, Surface Pro 3 i3/4GB/128GB (Microsoft's Store), Surface Pro 3 i5/4GB/128GB, Surface Pro 3 i5/8GB/256GB or Surface Pro 3 i7/8GB/128GB.

Tasks: OneNote w/ N-Trig, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, watching videos, Steam, etc., nothing too intensive yet ... I am hoping to run Programming Language (Python/Java/C++/C#/Etc), AutoCaD and Adobe Photoshop. Games aren't important to consider it. :P

Right now, I am just think what is the best bang for the buck for Surface Pro 3 for my tasks and if possible on Black Friday.

What is your opinions/thoughts about it?

Thank you very much, LTT.

First of all I'd like to remind you that the surface 4 is out if you want to take a look at it.

Anyhow, I'd recommend you pick the one with i5/8GB of ram/256 . 128GB of storage is just not enough.

I am aware of it, but it won't go on sale on Black Friday. :S

I am assuming the SP3 i5/8GB/256GB will be on sale on Black Friday thus that is why I didn't included Surface Pro 4, lol.

Last I checked there was no i3 + 128Gb combo. I would go for i5/256gb

I saw it on Microsoft website or Microsoft Student Education Website Store. It is $799.99 which replaces the original Surface Pro 3 i3/4GB/64GB Model but oddly, it said "was $899.99."
