Intel integrated graphics are not really for gaming... Just not powerful enough. Especially for games as bad as unity, that shit doesn't run on anything, it lagged on consoles.

No. For starters they need dedicated VRam. A higher TDp. Many hundreds or thousands of more Cores. Integrated graphics is not designed for gaming, you won't be able to play 95% of games with them.

at 720p he can play most games on integrared graphics...decently.

You can lowest setting 720p about 30fps trust me I'm doing it at the moment.

hd5500 is quite a bit faster than hd4400.

Take it from someone who's used Intel's iGPUs; not Unity or Syndicate.

Valve games should run pretty alright with Intel HD. TF2 and such. or you could play older games like GTA SA, Doom or such. plus with that ruling about games and the authentication servers, you might run into a lot more options too.
