Will cooling be sufficient for this case?

It'd be fine if the top one was intake afaik. You could also have the back outtake as an intake and the top as an outtake

I came across a nice looking case by a brand called Jonsbo. Looks a bit like the in-win 901 but seems cheaper, in my country anyways.

 

However, it only comes with 2 fan mounts, 120mm intake at the rear and 140mm exhaust on the top.

 

Was wonder how the cooling in this case will fare in a mini-itx gaming build?

could you do a single rad aio cooler in the back as an exaust and 140mm intake and remember to get good fans and filtered intakes!

Well, you actually only need 1 fan to survive.

2 fans for even better airflow.

3 fans for redundancy, basically just get good single fans. 

Also, for a small build like that, airflow is easier to force one way, in a way like how a funnel works.
