Hello folks,

I need a new phone and I am will to spend ~£400

I am interested in the:

Samsung galaxy s6

Nexus 5X

OnePlus Two

Moto X play edition

What I would like:

Decent memory capacity, not someone who uses all that much.

Good battery life.

NFC/Google pay compatibility.

Fingerprint security.

4G UK support (stock with 3g with my OPO)

Many thanks and suggestions/opinions/help would be fantastic.

I quite like the look of the Z5 Compact, suits most of your needs from the looks of it. Has NFC but don't know if it supports Google Pay or not, should do though

Of the four, I'd choose the Nexus 5X personally due to the use of stock Android. TouchWiz was never something I could like, even with theming. That or the OnePlus Two.

I recommend the Moto X Second gen (I own it) or Pure edition, not sure about the play edition though

You cant go wrong with the Galaxy S6

Unfortunately pure edition is quite large, larger than my OPO which for myself is the limit in size and the moto x 2nd gen has a small too small a battery lower than that of the s6
