AMD 6300 vs 6350

Alright,I decided on upgrading to a new AMD CPU,and I need a second opinion here.I know the 6300 is pretty much the same as the 6350 but with lower base clock,but their diference in Greece ATM is only at 3 euros...Should I get the 6300 or the 6350?And please,for the love of god,no comments about not getting an AMD CPU and getting Intel.Thank you.Also,my PSU is well over the watts that this will need to run,Ill even have like 150 watt headspace :P

May as well just get the 6350. What power supply are you using? There's more to power supplies than just total wattage.

6300, but what are you using the CPU for?

 

Mainly games,that are both CPU intensive and GPU intensive.Also getting into rendering and shizzle so...

May as well just get the 6350. What power supply are you using? There's more to power supplies than just total wattage.

 

A CX500M,ik its not that best,but it hasnt failed me yet.

6350, what cooler are you using?

Was thinking the same thing TBH,i wont have a heat prob since I have an aftermarket cooler,and 2 euros are negligible at least :P(insert pay debt joke here)

Nope,its a 750Ti to be mroe exact.As for the PSU,as long as I dont really push it rwally hard it should be an issue...Should I try OCing it too?My MOBO has VRM heatsinks(M5A97 R2.0) and I can get a fan to blow on em aswell.

I'd honestly replace the PSU with a comparable Seagate. Sure it's an extra cost that might not be needed, but it's cheap insurance against the worst case scenario.

Well,considering I can already play FC3 and Tomb Raider at an average of 40 on FC and 55 on tomb raider,I think im gonna be fine..As I said B4 the CPU is both for games and rendering.

You may think another CPU is a better choice (I happen to agree), but the AMD will work. The OP was very specific in their request. Honor it.

 

 

And please,for the love of god,no comments about not getting an AMD CPU and getting Intel.Thank you.Also,my PSU is well over the watts that this will need to run,Ill even have like 150 watt headspace :P
