You are potentially going to ruin a coating but...I dont think touchphones really have a anything special on their surface.

No. The screen looks fine to me

 

Does it feel ruined?

I've heard some cleaners like that can take off the fingerprint resistant coating but other than that I can't imagine it would do your screen harm in any way... It's glass after all, so unless you're cleaning it with fluoroantimonic acid, it should be fine.

How should it feel if it's ruined?

 

Either it isn't as responsive as it was, or maybe it feels weird to the touch.
