Why aren't they tied to your MS account? I mean, during installation you just log in, no keys, nothing. Like a Steam game.

Becuase Microsoft accounts are a fucking joke imo

and they are tied to your hardware so that they can charge you more money

So you cant just install your key on hundreds of PCs

its normally a licence for one PC only

So you cant just install your key on hundreds of PCs

AFAIK as long as you deactivate the key first you can activate an infinite # of times.
