$200-350 budget laptop/notebook for FB / flash games?

My stepdad wants to buy his mom a laptop for like facebook / flash games, but I don't know much about low-end laptops.  Was hoping someone could link me some options?

 

I assume like 4-6GB of ram will be ok?

HP stream (apparently it only has 2GB of RAM) or a chromebook perhaps?

 

4-6 is also more than enough.

Get a used Dell Latitude. You can find them on newegg for cheap and with great specs for the price. Sandy Bridge is still good even to this day.

Get a used laptop, you can get a much better deal Maybe even 8GB ram, and an i5 for the same price as a much worse one new.

He wants to buy a new one so it has warranty incase she messes things up.

 

(She is like 70 with really bad health issues)
