I was downloading Insurgency literally an hour ago and it was doing the same thing to me.

just a little question im downloading the grew beta and my speeds are getting upto about 4mbps before dropping down to 0 bytes/s for about 10 seconds and then speeding back up and then doing it again

is any one having the same thing  

My speakers dont even fit on or under my desk...PA's FTW

about 150 mbps r/w and in task manager the only thing using it is steam and its at 5-10% usage 

My speakers dont even fit on or under my desk...PA's FTW

does that also happen when you do a speed test on speedtest.net?

megabytes per second and on average i get about 4.5 megabytes per second
