Smallest 4 GPU Setup

With EKWB's single-slot Fury X waterblock, what is the smallest system that could be made with 4 GPUs? Are there any mATX motherboards with 4 PCIe x16 slots?

You'd still have to modify the card since it's still a dual slot card. 

 

/AFAIK there are no mATX boards capable of four-way XFIRE. But you could just get two FuryX2's or whatever the dual fury card gets called.

What do you mean by "modify the card"? Is the waterblock not enough? It comes with a single-slot I/O bracket.
